 They have so far been able to fund two loans which were refused by five lenders. Each loan, was judged on its own merit, with an instant decision and followed up with a very quick completion. Valuation fees were saved, as the team carried out their own valuations with a site visit. We had a very short window of opportunity to complete an off market commercial deal so we needed a company that would be very swift and quick and also with a good understanding of the market and what we were doing.
