 They have so far been able to fund two loans which were refused by five lenders. Each loan, was judged on its own merit, with an instant decision and followed up with a very quick completion. Valuation fees were saved, as the team carried out their own valuations with a site visit. This was followed up with solicitors being instructed. The key with Greymax Capital is they find ways around complicated structures and look to do business rather than turn it away.

We had a very short window of opportunity to complete an off market commercial deal so we needed a company that would be very swift and quick and also with a good understanding of the market and what we were doing.
